Where Do You Ship From?
We ship all orders from Hong Kong.

 Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
To ensure speedy processing, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. However, once your order is delivered, you can return it for a full refund.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and PayPal.

When Will My Order Be Processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, and note that we do not ship on weekends. Processing times may be longer during holidays and sale events.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Due to high demand, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

What If I Don't Receive My Order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I Be Charged Customs and Taxes?
Our prices are listed tax-free in US Dollars. You may be responsible for paying customs duties and taxes upon receiving your order, as determined by your local customs office. Any such charges are your responsibility and are not covered by us. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by customs. What If the Item(s) I Received Are Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged?
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us with your order number, photos of the item(s), and any related details. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item or cancellation request. If your refund hasn't been posted yet, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company for more information.
